Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Warehouse Supervisor located in Caledon, ON. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, and compliance with safety regulations. The role involves supervising warehouse staff, ensuring efficient workflows, maintaining inventory accuracy, and operating equipment as needed.
The Warehouse Supervisor will play a key role in optimizing the warehouse's overall efficiency and fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills, including team management and leadership
- Experience in Shipping & Receiving and Material Handling processes
- Proficiency in Inventory Control techniques to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Certified Forklift Operation and familiarity with warehouse equipment
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Previous experience in logistics or warehousing is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus
