Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Labourer located in Virden, MB. The Construction Labourer will assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of equipment for construction sites related to RFNOW’s network infrastructure. Responsibilities include performing manual labor tasks such as trenching and cable installation,



maintaining a safe and clean work workplace, supporting heavy equipment operators, and ensuring efficient project completion under the guidance of the construction team.

Qualifications

- Experience in construction or site preparations, including manual labor, digging, and site organization
- Basic knowledge of equipment setup, maintenance, and operation
- Understanding of workplace safety practices and adherence to occupational health and safety standards
- Strong teamwork abilities, effective communication skills, and the ability to take direction
- Physical ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments
- Valid driver’s license; experience with heavy equipment operation is an asset
- High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in construction safety or equipment operation are advantageous
