We’re on the search for a Vice President of Operations on behalf of our client, a preferred supplier in the gas energy industry. The successful candidate will lead the next phase of operational maturity, scale, and efficiency across the business, having 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience.

This executive will be responsible for shaping and strengthening the company’s operational infrastructure across warehousing, logistics, procurement, supply chain, inventory planning, customer service coordination, and related operational functions, while ensuring the organization is positioned to support continued growth.

This leader will bring both strategic vision and practical execution capability. The successful candidate will be expected to assess the current operating model, identify where greater efficiency, structure, and discipline are needed, and introduce new ideas, processes,



and ways of working that improve performance across the business. At the same time, this person must be willing to operate in a hands-on manner, working closely with the team, guiding two operational directors, and helping build a stronger, more cohesive, team-oriented, and scalable operations function.
