Enhance operational efficiency as a Training Development Lead specializing in Fleet Renewal. Drive the design and implementation of effective training solutions across various environments to support new vessels. In this pivotal role, you will report to the Director of People & Safety. Your focus will be on analyzing learning needs, developing education materials, and ensuring high-quality delivery. As a subject matter expert, you will oversee the training program to prepare personnel for the operation and maintenance of current assets. Key Responsibilities:



• Develop and manage comprehensive training solutions • Ensure quality control of training programs • Analyze job performance to identify training needs • Explore diverse training delivery mechanisms • Collaborate with enterprise learning functions Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or related field • 6+ years in training program design or instructional systems • Background in Adult Learning or Education & Training • Experience as Learning Specialist or E-Learning Specialist • Relevant combination of experience and education considered Contribute to the successful integration of new fleet assets through strategic training and development initiatives.
