Drive Voice and IPTV services as a dedicated Operations Specialist. Maintain and optimize network performance, support users, and collaborate with technical teams in a quick-paced environment. This full-time role requires a proactive individual to manage and maintain Voice and IPTV operations. You'll be responsible for providing Level 2 support to users, implementing system configurations, and managing network applications. Collaborating with internal and external customers, you will ensure seamless service delivery across the technology landscape.
