Become a pivotal Tech Lead in our Microsoft support team. Engage in daily operations, support technical guidance, and enhance team maturity on-site in Trois-Rivières. This hands-on role focuses on leading a team of five technicians who require structure and methodology. You'll manage daily ticket operations through Octopus and facilitate scrum meetings to improve workflows. Your guidance will help establish work ethics and support the installation of current images on outdated laptops. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily ticket management via Octopus • Conduct daily scrum meetings for team coordination • Strengthen team work ethics and methodologies • Provide technological advice to team members • Install images on new laptops as needed Requirements: • Strong experience in technical team leadership • Proficiency with Microsoft support systems • Knowledge of scrum methodologies • Ability to mentor less experienced technicians • Familiarity with ticket management systems Drive operational excellence through effective leadership and technological support for a developing Microsoft support team.
