In this managerial role, you'll oversee the daily operations of the IT Helpdesk, focused on mentoring a high-performing team. You will optimize technical support aligned with service level agreements and manage incident responses effectively. Key Responsibilities: • Mentor and develop the IT Help Desk team • Oversee daily help desk operations and ticket management • Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards • Manage incident response and post-incident reviews • Collaborate with IT functions for swift service resolution Requirements: • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in IT • 3+ years in a leadership role in IT • ITIL certification or ITIL familiarity required • Robust cloud services technical experience • Proven ability to build high-performance teams Lead the IT Helpdesk with a focus on support excellence, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
