Salary Range: $84 - $91 per visit
Sign on Bonus: $2,000

What you will do
- Assessment and implementation of SLP interventions (e.g. swallowing assessments, dysphagia management, communication, etc.) in a home based setting
- Use of a collaborative and interdisciplinary team based approach to care and services
- Support a holistic and restorative approach to care (e.g. enhanced stroke pathway; cognitive communication supports, etc.)
- Leverage our digital health platforms to support care delivery, collaboration, documentation, and intervention
What you will need to be successful
- Registered as a member in valuable standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
- Focus on embracing person and family centered care
- Comfortable delivering care both in person and using virtual methods/technology
- Passionate, empathetic, good judgement and apply critical thinking when making client decisions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in collaboration within an interdisciplinary team as well as work independently
- Flexible and demonstrated critical thinking skills applicable to a variety of situations
- Values the role of a therapist in keeping clients at home, where they want to be
