Your contributions will support scalable incentive structures to empower client-facing teams effectively. Key Responsibilities:



• Support administration of global commissions and ICM system • Conduct performance data analysis for key insights • Implement automations in commissions processes • Collaborate on incentive program development • Ensure accurate incentive calculation and documentation Requirements: • 4+ years in analytical roles, focusing on revenue operations • Robust SQL skills for performance analysis • Proven experience with incentive compensation systems • Exceptional analytical and communication skills • High growth SaaS experience preferred Leverage your analytical skills to support operational systems, enhance incentive programs, and empower teams through data-driven decision-making.
