Become a Compensation Analyst focused on designing and managing compensation programs. Utilize data-driven insights to enhance job bands and support performance management initiatives. This role involves hands-on experience in compensation design, ideal for someone looking to contribute to HR initiatives. You will lead job evaluation frameworks, ensure market-competitive salary structures, and administer incentive programs. Collaborate with stakeholders to align processes while continuously improving efficiencies within HR systems and reporting. Key Responsibilities: • Develop job bands and salary structures across the organization • Administer base pay and incentive programs effectively • Conduct job evaluations,



maintaining equity and competitiveness • Prepare compensation analysis for leadership decision-making • Support performance management module design and launch Requirements: • 3-5 years experience in compensation program design • Proven experience with salary structures and job evaluations • Post-secondary education in related field required • Familiarity with HRIS systems, preferably ADP WFN • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation, or in-progress, preferred Enhance organizational compensation practices while driving impactful changes through effective analysis and program design.
