Become a Compensation Analyst focused on designing and managing compensation programs. Utilize data-driven insights to enhance job bands and support performance management initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Develop job bands and salary structures across the organization • Administer base pay and incentive programs effectively • Conduct job evaluations,
maintaining equity and competitiveness • Prepare compensation analysis for leadership decision-making • Support performance management module design and launch Requirements: • 3-5 years experience in compensation program design • Proven experience with salary structures and job evaluations • Post-secondary education in related field required • Familiarity with HRIS systems, preferably ADP WFN • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation, or in-progress, preferred Enhance organizational compensation practices while driving impactful changes through effective analysis and program design.
