Enhance farm safety protocols as a dedicated Lead Safety Specialist. You'll work closely with the Sustainability Manager to ensure adherence to relevant regulations and continuous improvement in safety programs. This role involves developing policies, conducting inspections, and participating in safety committees and training sessions. Key Responsibilities: • Lead development of health and safety policies • Manage compliance with GlobalG.A.P. standards • Conduct inspections, hazard analyses,
