Lead the OMNI department to elevate customer experience through exceptional service. Drive product promotion, assist with merchandise decisions, and resolve customer issues effectively. As the OMNI Lead Department Manager, you will oversee task coordination and presentation in the OMNI area. You'll support scheduling, delegate daily activities, and follow up on key OMNI metrics including Presubs and CSAT. Additionally, you will participate in training the OMNI team, ensuring they are equipped to deliver top-notch service. Key Responsibilities: • Provide excellent customer service with a friendly approach • Oversee task completion according to store priorities • Assess and maintain the OMNI area's presentation • Delegate and assist with daily OMNI activities • Review key OMNI metrics and take action on opportunities Requirements: • Solid leadership and customer service skills • Ability to train and develop team members • Familiarity with metrics such as FTPR and CSAT • Commitment to a safe and clean work environment • Excellent communication and coordination abilities Enhance customer satisfaction and drive OMNI excellence by leading a dedicated team focused on service and operational success.
