Join the Legal & Compliance team as a strategic HR Counsel. Provide key legal guidance for Employer of Record services and ensure compliant employee management across jurisdictions. This role is ideal for an experienced attorney focused on employment law and product counseling. Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Compliance teams while reporting to the Assistant General Counsel. You'll also be involved in crafting employment agreements and navigating complex regulatory frameworks to foster scalable compliance as the company expands. Key Responsibilities: • Provide employment counsel for EOR and PEO Advisor teams • Analyze employment regulations for EOR hiring and offboarding • Prepare employment and termination document templates • Advise Product on insurance licensing and compliance • Partner with teams to develop and manage product counseling Requirements: • 3+ years of in-house or law firm experience • Strong knowledge of employment law • Law degree required (e.g., JD) • Experience with PEOs or EORs is preferred • Excellent drafting and communication skills Leverage your legal expertise to support creative solutions and compliance in a rapidly growing setting.
