We are looking for a skilled Bilingual Documentation Administrator to enhance our documentation processes! If you're passionate about accuracy and thrive in a dynamic setting, this role is for you. As a key member of the documentation team, your tasks will involve managing the mortgage renewal processes and verifying critical details. You will ensure the integrity of client interactions and contractual documents. Efficiency and detail-oriented work will support daily operations and maintain reporting standards across departments. Key Responsibilities: • Enter detailed renewal information into system accurately • Verify weekly reports for necessary adjustments • Draft contracts for client mortgages as requested • Issue timely letters confirming changes to clients • Track investor data for compliance and reporting Requirements: • Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience • High attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently • Mandatory bilingualism in French and English • Experience in a busy office setting preferred Excited to refine and manage vital documentation processes while contributing to an inclusive work environment.
