About the Opportunity

- End-to-end payroll processing, including remittances, T4/T4A preparation, and group advantages administration
- General accounting support including GL reconciliations, bank reconciliations, variance reporting, and financial analysis for management
- Hands on finance support across audits, procurement, tax remittances, and funder reporting in a fast paced environment

About You
- 3+ years in a finance, accounting, or payroll role with broad exposure to accounting practices, ideally within a publicly funded organization
- Comfortable working independently in a computerized payroll system and proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- A strong communicator and team player who can juggle competing deadlines and work collaboratively across departments
- Must currently reside within the Greater Toronto Area and be permitted to work in Canada.

Pay Range

$35 - $38 per hour
