Elevate customer education as the Lead Technical Trainer. Oversee training operations, conduct engaging sessions, and foster relationships to enhance the learning experience at the Experience Center. This role is pivotal in managing day-to-day operations and customer engagement. You'll facilitate tailored training sessions and maintain strong customer relationships ensuring satisfaction and impactful learning. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage facility resources to guarantee optimal training delivery. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct on-site customer tours and training sessions • Customize training materials for diverse audiences • Manage customer relations during and post-training • Oversee training material inventory and facility operations • Design piping displays for training and promotional events Requirements: • 5-7 years industry experience; plumbing, HVAC preferred • Previous training or sales experience is mandatory • High school diploma required, bachelor's preferred • Robust presentation and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Deliver exceptional training experiences while fostering engaging adult learning within the industry.
