In this role, you will provide expertise in various legal domains, offering practical guidance to stakeholders while drafting and negotiating documents. Your work will include supporting franchise compliance and regulatory responsibilities alongside conducting research and ensuring corporate governance. Key Responsibilities: • Provide legal advice across corporate and commercial sectors • Draft and negotiate agreements and legal documents • Assist with franchise compliance and regulatory requirements • Conduct legal research and prepare opinion letters • Collaborate with internal teams on operational support Requirements: • LL.B. or J.D. with Law Society membership • 2-4 years post-call experience in legal workplace • Strong legal writing and analytical skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Familiarity with digital legal platforms and tools Leverage your legal expertise to streamline processes and drive compliance while supporting business objectives effectively.
