- Prepare and submit project estimates to clients, help secure purchase orders, and support related administrative tasks for billing and invoicing.
- Enter and maintain project and packaging details in the client's custom project management and approval platform, monitoring assignments and workflow to keep projects moving.
- Verify that all technical data aligns with supplied artwork or internally developed graphics.
- Review and approve production art and prepress files, including proofs, and support the client with feedback and approvals through the platform while keeping timelines updated.
- Collaborate with operations, design teams, and/or the client throughout artwork development and prepress stages.
- Lead transparent, consistent communication with clients and internal/external stakeholders.
- Document key information that could impact quality, ensuring all client packaging standards are met.
- Take part in process improvement initiatives and production meetings to help drive positive creative and operational outcomes.
- Review all materials and proofs for accuracy and consistency, confirming that the client's expectations are met before artwork is released for approval and final sign off.
- Support the team with additional responsibilities as needed. This role may evolve over time, and you may be asked to take on other related tasks as assigned by your manager or leadership.
