This contract position emphasizes relationship building, personalized support, and community advocacy, aiming at long-term sustainable employment solutions. Key Responsibilities:



• Develop employer relationships to identify inclusive job roles • Conduct outreach via various platforms to find employment opportunities • Offer coaching to individuals on job application processes • Assist with collaboration and coordination within the team • Advocate for disability inclusion in job markets through events Requirements: • Preferred 2 years of post-secondary education • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the sector • Valid First Aid certification • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license • Solid communication and organizational skills Join the movement towards inclusion and empower individuals to realize their career potential through dedicated support and community engagement.
