You will compose correspondence, track invoices, manage timekeeping, and handle mail processing. Additionally, the position allows participation in continual process improvements that adapt to technology advancements. Key Responsibilities: • Compose letters, memos, and reports accurately • Schedule meetings, take minutes, and prepare agendas • Process invoices and award recommendations • Maintain records management and office supplies • Update website content and assist with design Requirements: • 1-2 years of clerical experience preferred • Completion of grade 12 or equivalent training • Solid knowledge of business English and software skills • Ability to work independently and in teams • Clear communication skills and professional demeanor Excel in administrative tasks, enhancing efficiency and communication in a thriving office environment.
