Strategy -Develop forward-looking, scalable change strategies and frameworks to prioritize initiatives based on business value, risk, and alignment with enterprise objectives. Execution/Implementation - Oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives - orchestrating work packages across various partners. Drive disciplined delivery with agility and flexibility, ensuring each initiative delivers measurable outcomes while adapting to evolving priorities, especially in the AI and digital space. Cross-functional collaboration & strategic alignment - Act as a key integrator across product, business and functional teams - building strong relationships, aligning priorities, and translating business requirements into clear, actionable strategies. Serve as a central liaison and trusted partner, ensuring strategic initiatives remain connected to enterprise objectives while aligning stakeholders and resolving challenges related to change impacts. Deliver with speed - Deliver initiatives on time, within scope and budget, while managing multiple priorities and adapting to change with agility.- People Change Management -Champion change management activities by developing comprehensive plans that include stakeholder assessments, communication strategies, training, and reinforcement mechanisms to drive adoption and minimize resistance. Facilitate workshops, feedback sessions, and other engagement activities to build buy-in and foster a positive change experience. You can demonstrate experience in business strategy, product or a business role. It's an asset if you have thorough knowledge of financial services sufficient to analyze and interpret complex information and concepts,



apply/present these in innovative ways at all levels of the organization and ability/experience to effectively navigate a complex matrix organization. You're tech savvy.
