5 to 10 hours per week with additional time around events
Qualifications
- In-depth understanding of the implementation of a cohesive marketing strategy
- Robust leadership and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with social media marketing and knowledge of marketing trends
- Previous experience managing a team will be considered an asset
- Skills in graphic design and Adobe Creative Suite are considered an asset
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Film and edit high-quality video content across all Imprint events and touchpoints
- Produce opening and closing videos, promo content for the competition, bloopers, and wrap-up material for pre-conference events and the conference
- Act as the documentary person for the team: capturing the culture, people,
and story of Imprint throughout the year
- Manage Imprint's presence across platforms, including LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram
- Work with the VP Brand & Experience team to bring the annual theme to life on social media channels
- Bring cinematic ideas and creative inspiration to promote Imprint's content, competition, culture, and team
- Design graphics and visuals for events, touchpoints, team intros, and hiring
- Build and manage the marketing timeline for all conference and competition touchpoints
- Stay up to date with online trends and generate fresh content ideas
- Lead the Content Marketing portfolio and delegate tasks accordingly
- Attend the mandatory weekly meetings
