Drive infrastructure project success as a Senior Capital Acquisition Agent. Oversee complex real estate acquisitions, property transactions, and team mentorship in a hybrid work environment. In this critical role, you will lead real estate acquisitions for infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. You will manage the acquisition process from planning to negotiation, guiding the team in legal, engineering, and appraisal aspects. Key Responsibilities: • Lead property acquisitions for diverse infrastructure projects • Manage land acquisition planning and budgeting • Review designs and assess impacts through assessments • Negotiate compensation for land transactions • Conduct strategic feasibility studies for acquisitions Requirements: • Minimum 8 years municipal real estate experience • Degree or diploma in Geography, Urban Planning, or similar • AACI and/or SRWA designation preferred • Knowledge of capital project legislation • Robust project management and communication skills Leverage your expertise in property acquisition to ensure project success through teamwork and strategic negotiation.
