Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you will cultivate relationships with horticulture and intensive cropping customers while delivering agronomic advice on key areas such as irrigation and production systems. Your role will involve identifying growth opportunities and supporting clients through on-farm visits, reinforcing service quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:



• Establish strong relationships with horticulture clients • Provide expert agronomic advice on crop protection • Identify and maximize sales growth opportunities • Facilitate on-farm visits for tailored support • Engage in budgeting and performance forecasting Requirements: • Sales or advisory experience in horticulture/agronomy • Degree in Agronomy, Horticulture, or related field • Knowledge of high-value cropping systems • Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills • Current driver's licence and proficiency in computer use Utilize your skills to enhance customer interactions and significantly impact sales and branch performance.
