Drive HR strategy as an Area HR Business Partner in Ontario. Collaborate with store leaders to enhance employee engagement and operational success while providing expert HR guidance. In this hands-on and field-oriented HR role, you will support store managers and teams across your region. Key responsibilities include advising on employee relations, conducting investigations, and managing compliance with employment law. Additionally, you will oversee recruitment processes and lead disciplinary actions while ensuring adherence to company policies. Key Responsibilities:



• Advise managers on employee relations and HR issues • Conduct compliance investigations and workplace assessments • Manage recruitment and onboarding for new associates • Implement HR strategies to improve engagement • Monitor staffing plans and support development initiatives Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in retail HR management • Robust understanding of Canadian employment law • University degree in Human Resources or related field • HR Professional Designation preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems Leverage your expertise to create impactful HR strategies and foster a productive, engaged workforce in retail environments.
