Become the essential administrative connector in construction projects. Optimize project flows and ensure smooth operations from start to finish while managing various teams and documentation. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining coherence between site operations and office tasks. You'll coordinate information between onsite teams, project managers, accounting, and senior management. Your daily responsibilities include administrative follow-ups related to tools and communications, along with participation in project openings and closures. Key Responsibilities:



• Plan and prepare management meetings and follow-ups • Coordinate information flow between all project teams • Ensure administrative follow-ups on equipment and tools • Assist in project document management and contracts • Drive continuous improvement of internal practices Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience required • Experience in the construction field is a significant asset • Robust organization and attention to detail • Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite • Knowledge of construction documentation is a plus Elevate your administrative career by driving efficiency in construction project management and documentation.
