Elevate talent engagement as a Leadership Development and Engagement Specialist. Design transformative programs that strengthen leadership capabilities and drive employee engagement in a hybrid work environment with travel. This role focuses on designing and delivering impactful leadership development initiatives for all organizational levels. You'll collaborate closely with HR and business leaders to align talent strategies with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include developing engagement tactics through surveys and recognition programs to foster a high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement leadership development programs • Facilitate workshops and learning sessions • Develop employee engagement strategies and surveys • Support initiatives recognizing company values • Analyze engagement data to provide insights Requirements: • 3+ years in Talent or Learning Development • Robust design and facilitation skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools • Ability to travel within the U.S. and Canada Contribute to meaningful talent initiatives driving engagement and leadership excellence across the organization.
