Contribute to utility construction projects as a Project Coordinator. Support project management, maintain documentation, and ensure efficient communication throughout the project lifecycle. You will assist the Project Manager with on-site activities and overall project coordination. Responsibilities include organizing project folders, tracking documentation, and ensuring timely updates of drawings and reports. Expect to attend meetings, document minutes, and manage change orders while collaborating across departments. Key Responsibilities:



• Support the Project Manager in construction activities • Prepare and maintain project documentation • Track and log project requests and correspondence • Assist in project meeting scheduling and documentation • Manage site hours reporting for compliance Requirements: • 3+ years in civil or electrical utility sectors • Technical diploma or engineering degree preferred • Robust understanding of project planning and resource management • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and MS Project • Ability to resolve issues independently under pressure Utilize your project coordination skills to support dynamic utility projects efficiently with comprehensive documentation management.
