Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate transportation, from submission to delivery, ensuring timeliness and carrier satisfaction
- Liaise between road technicians, the logistics service and external partners for efficient operations
- Manage parts and inventory by performing transfers, follow-ups, and closing work orders
- Prepare shipping and customs documents, validate parts before billing and keep the price list up to date
- Support teams during mobile app related issues and follow up on repackaging requests
- Participate in the activities of the logistics department and maintain fluid communication with colleagues and internal partners

Qualifications
- Bilingual in French and English
- 2 years experience as a service dispatcher
- DEP in a related field, an asset
- Computer skills
- Positive customer service and work organization skills
