Empower hourly team members as an HR Coordinator dedicated to employee relations. Streamline recruitment and onboarding processes in a unionized manufacturing environment. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will handle various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and administering employee benefits. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to address employee inquiries efficiently. Your responsibilities also include improving engagement initiatives and ensuring accurate payroll processing. Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee recruitment and hiring processes for team members • Administer recent hire orientations and onboarding efforts • Manage benefit plans and coordinate with Corporate teams • Ensure payroll is processed accurately and timely • Maintain employee records using HR management systems Requirements: • Degree in Human Resources, Labour or Industrial Relations • 1-2 years of experience in a unionized manufacturing setting • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications • Familiarity with Kronos and SAP is beneficial Make an impact on employee relations and organizational effectiveness by effectively managing HR functions in a supportive environment.
