Drive the success of student-athletes as the Head Coach for men's volleyball. Oversee recruitment, develop training curriculums, and ensure competitive excellence in a part-time in office role. This coaching position reports to the Athletics Manager and collaborates with key staff to prepare athletes for competitions within the Ontario Colleges Athletic Association (OCAA). You'll create and evaluate technical and tactical programs while ensuring player development and academic retention. Engagement with the community and alumni is crucial, enhancing program visibility and support. Key Responsibilities:



• Develop daily and annual training plans for athletes • Recruit talented student-athletes and promote the program • Monitor and support academic advising initiatives • Coordinate fundraising events and tournaments • Manage budget and administrative functions Requirements: • Minimum three-year College diploma with relevant experience • NCCP Performance Coach certification required • At least five years of coaching experience • Strong leadership ability and coaching success • Valid G driver's license and police background check Elevate athlete performance and community ties while leading a dedicated volleyball program with integrity.
