We're Hiring Dental Administrators (Concierges) in Hamilton, ON

We're growing across Hamilton and we're looking for Dental Administrators (Concierge) who love creating exceptional experiences.

This isn't your typical front desk role. As a Dental Concierge, you are the face of the clinic-the person who sets the tone, builds trust, and ensures every patient feels cared for every step of the way.

What You'll Be Doing

Your day will be dynamic, but your impact will be consistent:

- Be the first point of contact-welcoming patients in person, over the phone, and via email
- Coordinate and optimize schedules, including filling last-minute openings
- Manage patient inquiries, referrals, and communication with external offices
- Clearly explain treatment plans, insurance coverage, and payment options
- Process billing for patients and insurance while maintaining accurate records
- Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable
- Maintain and update patient records in the electronic system
- Support the clinical team to ensure smooth, efficient daily operations

Who You Are

You don't need to come from a dental background-but you should love working with people and staying organized:

- Minimum 2+ year of experience in administration, reception,



or customer service in a dental or healthcare setting
- Experience in a dental or healthcare setting is an asset
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills with a patient-first mindset
- Friendly, calm, and professional in all interactions
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Experience with dental software (ClearDent, Dentrix, AbelDent) is an asset
- IPAC certification is a bonus, not required

What the Role Looks Like

- Part-time & Full-time opportunities available
- Evenings and weekends required
- Opportunities across multiple Hamilton clinic locations
- Pay range: $25-28 per hour

You'll play a key role in both patient experience and clinic flow, balancing organization, communication, and service.
