Manage all aspects of parking, storage, signage and other miscellaneous revenue opportunities for the property management portfolio (collectively "Miscellaneous Revenue") Manage rental and revenue generation for amenity rooms, short-term vacancies, common areas, etc Strategize, plan out, and bring parking management in-house property by property + Including, but not limited to, procuring equipment, management systems, software solutions, etc Look for ways to continue to maximize Miscellaneous Revenue throughout the portfolio on an on-going basis On a day-to-day basis, visit all sites throughout the portfolio to determine best practice standards for parking management systems Work with Development and Construction on current and upcoming projects Work with Property Management team to ensure that parking compliance is as close to 100% as possible Work with Leasing team, as required, to ensure any applicable parking systems are compliant with current and upcoming lease agreements Other duties as required About The Company: For over half a century,
