Lead growth and sustainability as an Executive Director for a youth choral organization. Your efforts in recruitment and enrollment strategies will directly support the goal of expanding membership from 130 to over 200 singers. Key Responsibilities:



• Implement strategic priorities set by the Board • Oversee operational systems and vendor relationships • Ensure financial compliance and management • Lead fundraising and sponsorship strategies • Supervise staff and contractors for efficiency Requirements: • Experience in nonprofit leadership or arts administration • Strong budgeting and financial management skills • Proven fundraising or grant-writing experience • Effective communication and leadership abilities • Ability to work independently in a flexible, part-time role Drive impactful growth and support a vibrant youth choral community through effective leadership and strategic partnerships.
