You'll contribute significantly to curriculum development, accreditation, and continuous improvement measures for academic programs. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with course management requirements • Facilitate the course approval process effectively • Support annual program reporting and academic processes • Assist with curriculum pathways and program reviews • Supervise and mentor Instructional Assistants (IAs) Requirements: • Education-related post-secondary diploma required • 5 years of relevant experience in post-secondary education • Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholder relationships • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration Elevate program quality and support diverse academic initiatives in Manufacturing and Automation while fostering student success.
