Drive exceptional customer service as the OMNI Department Manager. Facilitate online grocery processes and guide OMNI Associates while executing strategic operational duties based on customer needs. In this role, you will participate in training, development, and daily operations of the OMNI team. Your responsibilities include managing back office setups, ensuring cleanliness standards, and overseeing the fulfillment of grocery orders. You'll also be key in meeting customer traffic demands while promoting a welcoming environment in-store. Key Responsibilities: • Train and develop OMNI Associates • Oversee Back Office Setup and order confirmation • Check emails for action items and updates • Complete daily picks and maintain service stations • Greet customers and promote products effectively Requirements: • Experience in customer service roles • Familiarity with grocery order processes • Robust leadership skills to guide a team • Ability to maintain high cleanliness standards • Excellent interpersonal communication skills Become a pivotal force in enhancing customer experiences and driving operational excellence.
