Join a dynamic property management team as a Property Coordinator. Focus on proposals, land tenures, and property interests while working in a hybrid model across multiple locations.
This role involves examining and analyzing property requests and proposals, ensuring compliance with legal and technical standards. Key responsibilities include securing and renewing Crown Land tenures, preparing legal documents, and performing field inspections. You will interact with tenants and oversee financial documentation to ensure the integrity of property transactions and tenant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze property requests and proposals for approval
• Renew Crown Land tenures and negotiate documentation
• Prepare standard and non-standard property documents




• Inspect properties and manage tenant relationships
• Provide comprehensive financial reporting for transactions
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in related fields required
• 1 year of real estate or legal administrative experience
• Work towards recognized designations preferred
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills needed
• Willingness to travel for property assignments
