This position plays a critical role in managing the FF&E; database and coordinating procurement workflows. You will collaborate with the redevelopment team, clinical staff, and external consultants to track and deliver all FFE items across various hospital sites. The role emphasizes data accuracy, effective asset management, and timely documentation for operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain the FF&E; Master List
• Implement asset tagging and barcoding for new facilities
• Track incoming, staged, and installed FFE items
• Monitor procurement processes and vendor coordination
• Prepare final asset registry for operational handover
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of experience in data management or project coordination
• Post-secondary education in a related field
• Understanding of procurement and inventory systems
• Strong analytical skills with Excel or Power BI
• Experience with CMMS or asset tagging systems
