What You Bring:

- Experience: 1–3 years in residential property management (or equivalent hands-on experience managing a rental portfolio)
- Portfolio Ownership: You’re already managing a number of units and want to scale
- Client-Focused Mindset: Strong service orientation and ability to resolve tenant/landlord issues efficiently
- Organization & Autonomy: You can manage multiple properties, prioritize tasks, and remain calm under pressure




- Communication Skills: Clear, skilled communication with tenants, landlords, and contractors
- Growth-Driven Attitude: You want to elevate your property management business, not just maintain it
