At Klue, we’re building the future of competitive intelligence. Our marketing team is hiring a Marketing Automation Manager to operate at the intersection of marketing automation, data architecture, AI‑powered go‑to‑market strategy, and revenue attribution.
As a Marketing Automation Manager, you’ll leverage HubSpot, Zapier, n8n, Claude, and cutting‑edge AI tooling to build workflows and data pipelines that transform raw GTM signals into automated, actionable outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Own the GTM Backbone – Own and optimize HubSpot as the backbone of marketing operations. Build and maintain workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and integrations to power the full GTM motion. Empower the marketing and SDR teams with self‑serve capabilities and explicit documentation, championing data quality across the stack to keep the database clean, enriched, and actionable.
- Design the Data Layer That Makes AI Possible – Design and build the data infrastructure that connects HubSpot, our data warehouse, and AI tooling, defining schemas and standards that make intelligent workflows reliable. Partner with Data and Engineering to bring the architecture to life and identify where a stronger data layer unlocks better personalization, smarter scoring, and more precise attribution.
- Build Automations That Ship – Design and deploy production‑grade, multi‑step AI‑powered workflows in Claude, Zapier, n8n, or similar platforms, automating prospecting sequences, lead routing, dynamic content triggers, intent signal automation, and ICP scoring. Stay ahead of emerging LLMs and AI agents, acting as the team’s internal AI champion and proactively rolling out tools that make every marketer more efficient, creative, and effective.
- Connect Marketing to Revenue – Build and maintain attribution models and dashboards that clearly connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue, giving stakeholders accurate, timely visibility into what’s working. Create the reporting infrastructure that drives faster, better decisions and translate data into concise insights.
- Target the Right People With the Right Tools – Own audience segmentation, list management,
and tech stack evaluation, ensuring we’re always reaching the right people with the right message. Continuously evaluate new marketing and AI tools, build a sharp opinion on what belongs in the stack, and partner with Revenue Ops and Sales to align on data standards, handoff quality, and shared pipeline visibility.
What Success Looks Like
- HubSpot is clean, well‑documented, and a genuine self‑serve resource for marketing and SDR teams.
- AI‑powered automations are live in production and measurably reduce manual GTM work.
- Attribution dashboards are trusted by leadership and actively inform marketing investment decisions.
- The GTM database is clean, enriched, and well‑segmented with reliable lead‑to‑revenue data flow.
- Stakeholders consistently describe you as a force multiplier – someone who makes the whole GTM team faster and smarter.
- Marketers across the team are actively using AI tools and workflows you’ve introduced, changing how they work.
- A clear, documented marketing data architecture exists and actively enables more intelligent AI workflows and better attribution.
What You Bring
Must‑Haves
- Marketing or Revenue Operations experience in a high‑growth B2B SaaS environment, with a track record of meaningful impact on systems, processes, or pipeline.
- Data architecture fluency – design how data should flow across marketing systems, define schemas and standards, and collaborate with Data and Engineering to implement a scalable marketing data layer that powers AI.
- Deep, hands‑on HubSpot expertise – workflows, lead management, integrations, and attribution. You’ve built the plumbing, not just used it.
- Proven AI workflow builder – shipped production‑grade automations in Zapier and/or n8n, chaining AI models, webhooks, APIs,
and conditional logic into reliable workflows. Bonus if you’ve helped others adopt AI tools.
- GTM Automation mindset – think like an engineer when solving go‑to‑market problems and see automation opportunities where others see manual tasks.
- Data‑driven and analytically sharp – spot signals from noise and turn analysis into clear recommendations that move the business forward.
Nice‑to‑Haves
- Familiarity with SQL or data warehouse tooling (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).
- Experience in a GTM Engineering role working with concepts like intent data, enrichment workflows, or automated outbound sequencing.
- Prior experience at a high‑growth B2B SaaS company, ideally in a Competitive Intelligence or Sales Enablement‑adjacent space.
Our Commitment to You
- High Performance Culture – reward performance and growth through career development, coaching, and annual reviews.
- Comprehensive benefits – extended health & dental coverage that starts on Day 1, discounts at Goodlife and Perkopolis.

- Vacation Policy – take the time you need; just give notice and don’t leave your team hanging.
- Top‑tier tools – all employees receive a Mac or PC and access to A+ tooling.
- AI First – all employees encouraged to lean into AI to work smarter and faster.
- Growth / Leadership – direct access to our leadership team, including the CEO, and opportunities to connect across the company.
- Social connection – regular social events from our hubs, and an annual company‑wide kickoff.
