This role reports directly to the VP Personal Insurance Sales & Private Client, focusing on creating exceptional client experiences. You will actively manage sales initiatives and support current producer development while emphasizing best-in-class service and operational success. Your leadership will cultivate a high-performing sales culture dedicated to client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee outbound sales initiatives for growth
• Collaborate with teams to enhance lead conversion
• Provide sales monitoring and insights to leadership
• Establish service models for VIP and HNW clients
• Drive compliance with regulatory and company policies
Requirements:
• 5+ years in Personal Insurance, including 2+ in leadership
• Solid understanding of sales and client interactions
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams
• Excellent strategic and analytical skills
• BC General Insurance license level 2 required
