Become a key player in creating tailored ServiceNow solutions. As a technical lead, you will design, develop, and implement complex systems that empower clients.
This role centers on delivering best-in-class ServiceNow solutions within a client-facing workplace. With a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience, you will guide teams in technical architecture, best practices, and unit testing. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior developers are crucial to this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications
• Develop complex solutions including dashboards and integrations
• Lead unit and system integration testing efforts
• Mentor junior developers and provide documentation
• Advise clients on ServiceNow best practices
Requirements:
• 5-7 years of ServiceNow implementation experience
• ITIL Foundations v4 certification required
• B.A. or B.S. in related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of database management and APIs
• Experience in technical roles on enterprise-level instances
