Enhance market access for oncology products as the strategic team lead. Focus on developing comprehensive reimbursement plans for solid tumors and hematological malignancies while collaborating with various partners.
This role involves significant leadership as you guide market access strategies specifically for prostate cancer and multiple myeloma. You will collaborate with the Market Access leadership and internal stakeholders to manage resources efficiently, ensuring effective support for reimbursement activities. The position requires strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of both local and global market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct market access strategy for oncology assets
• Create reimbursement strategies for decision makers




• Collaborate with internal departments for alignment
• Lead negotiations with Canadian payers
• Work with Medical Affairs on evidence generation
Requirements:
• Life sciences or economics degree required
• Over 5 years of Market Access experience
• Familiarity with health technology assessment
• Proven leadership and negotiation skills
• Solid analytical and communication skills
