Lead with confidence as a Day/Night Manager in a secure Transitional Housing environment. Oversee safety, support client compliance, and engage with residents in this full time position.
As a Day/Night Manager, your focus will be on providing safety and monitoring within the Transitional Housing Units. Work closely with a team to ensure incident reporting, security adherence, and the overall well-being of clients. Engage in regular communication and workshops designed to support clients’ growth and stability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for clients
• Document incidents and client adherence
• Support emergency procedures as needed
• Conduct check-ins and oversee client meals
• Communicate schedules and deliver reports
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required
• College certificate in Security, Social Services, or similar
• 1-3 years work experience in relevant fields
• Bilingual in English and Cree essential
• Excellent communication and discretion skills
