In this critical leadership role, you will support the EH&S; Management System and advance safety culture across the organization. Your key responsibilities involve interfacing with site leaders to stimulate effective policy deployment and regulatory compliance. Additionally, you will oversee training, incident investigations, and best practice sharing throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Propel EH&S; management systems across regional sites
• Cultivate safety culture and provide site support
• Collaborate with site leadership on key initiatives




• Support incident investigations and compliance activities
• Mentor and develop EH&S; personnel effectively
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of EH&S; experience
• Bilingual in English and French (QC) is essential
• Advanced degrees or CSP is a plus; experienced in manufacturing
• Proven ability to influence management at all levels
• Solid change management and problem-solving skills
