CRM Executive – Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist
1500 Don Mills Road, ON | Hybrid (3 days onsite) | Contract, 3 Months (Multiple Extensions Expected)

Pay Rate: $35 – $40/hour

About the Role

The CRM Executive will support the end-to-end execution of email and SMS campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). This role is responsible for campaign planning, building, QA, deployment, and performance analysis, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality CRM communications.

Leadership & Operations

- Develop, build, and deploy email and SMS campaigns, including journey-based campaigns using SFMC
- Manage and maintain the CRM campaign calendar, ensuring campaigns launch on time and accurately
- Coordinate approvals with internal stakeholders including brand, journey, call center, and commercial teams
- Act as liaison for creative, copy, URL validation, and legal approvals
- Ensure campaigns adhere to data governance, privacy, and communication regulations

Data & Optimization

- Partner with data teams for audience segmentation and list creation
- Analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) and provide optimization insights
- Conduct QA checks including rendering, link validation, and cross-device testing
- Support campaign automation, workflows, and internal approval processes

What You’ll Need

- 2–3 years of hands-on CRM campaign execution experience




- Strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Content Builder, Automation Studio)
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases for audience segmentation and data analysis
- Experience with AMPScript, HTML, and CSS for dynamic and responsive campaigns
- Understanding of campaign automation, workflow management, and deliverability best practices
- Familiarity with GDPR, CASL, and data privacy standards
- Experience in multi-channel marketing (email, SMS); CPG or global organization experience is a plus

Compensation

$35 – $40/hour, with potential for contract extensions based on performance and business needs
