Lead credit and collections as an experienced professional. Oversee day-to-day operations of a key team while improving collections and team performance within a hybrid working environment.
This role focuses on managing the collections of account balances, enhancing internal training initiatives, and supervising daily activities. You will report to the Credit & Collections Manager and maintain workflow while overseeing an accounts receivable portfolio. Your hands-on experience with construction credit and strong analytical skills are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily A/R transactions and collections activities
• Act as escalation point for credit inquiries and disputes
• Provide training and support for team members




• Monitor KPIs like DSO and promise-to-pay rates
• Preserve accurate documentation of collection activities
Requirements:
• 4–6 years in credit or collections within B2B
• Strong knowledge of Canadian trade credit practices
• Proficiency with ERP systems and A/R processes
• Robust Excel skills, especially pivot tables
• Excellent communication skills for customer interaction
