Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze client data for actionable insights
• Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
• Develop performance scorecards for internal stakeholders




• Prepare executive performance reports
• Conduct trend analyses for strategic decision-making
Requirements:
• At least 3 years’ Client Insights experience in relevant sectors
• Sound knowledge of banking products and services
• Experience with SQL, Big Query, or similar analytics tools
• Robust skills in data visualization with tools like Tableau
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
