Opportunity

The Manager, People Analytics & Reporting role will be responsible for overseeing the collection, review, and interpretation of HR data to provide valuable insights and recommendations. The successful candidate will spearhead the compilation and evaluation of data reports for various divisions, maintain dashboards and models and uphold best practices in HR data and process management. In addition, they will oversee the research and compilation of relevant market data, manage Workforce Planning data, and guide collaboration with the various teams in developing advanced modeling and analytics. This role plays a crucial part in our strategic planning process, using data to drive HR strategies that contribute to our overall business success.

Responsibilities

- Oversee the support and reporting on HR data from various domains including demographics, compensation, recruitment, performance management, employee surveys, and time writing.
- Direct the interpretation and presentation of HR data using data visualization techniques, charts, graphs, and reports.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and metrics to track HR-related KPIs, including turnover rates, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, talent acquisition, and performance management metrics.
- Conduct advanced statistical assessment using data and leading indicators to identify trends, patterns,



and correlations in HR data.
- Oversee AIMCo’s headcount budgeting and workforce planning operations in collaboration with Finance.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights that inform business outcomes.
- Engage with executive stakeholders on innovative analysis approaches and data implications.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years’ experience in HR Data or a similar role, with a strong background in data management.
- Expertise in data examination techniques and tools, including statistical support data visualization and dashboard creation/maintenance.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly desirable. Experience in Workday and reporting platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manipulate and analyze complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data in a transparent and understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders.

Final candidates will be asked to undergo a security screening, which includes a credit bureau and a criminal record investigation, the results of which must be acceptable to AIMCo.
