This full-time role is central to developing cost accounting processes and frameworks, ensuring data integrity, and providing detailed financial analysis. Working alongside the Finance Manager, you will partner with leaders across departments to drive operational efficiency and enhance cost reporting practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement cost accounting processes from the ground up
• Analyze labor, materials, and overhead costs accurately
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
• Assist in financial modeling and forecasting
• Collaborate with production and operations for effective reporting
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field
• Minimum 5 years of cost accounting experience
• Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
• Robust analytical skills with attention to detail
• Effective communication skills with team collaboration
